Energean Oil and Gas intends to increase the production from its Prinos concession area and has therefore initiated the Prinos Exploration Area field development project. Energean Oil&Gas has awarded SPT Offshore the detailed design of the Lamda platform. The platform is a Self-Installing-Platform type 2 (SIP-2) and is to be founded on four suction piles. The full detailed engineering consists scope of: in-place, fatigue, seismic, ship impact and redundancy analysis. Also the detailed calculations are performed for the the main structural elements, topside-leg connections and boat landing structures. Structural and geotechnical interactions are also performed.
