Murchison is one of the biggest steel jacket platforms in the North Sea, with its topside weighing 24,500 mT which consists of 26 modules. CNR has rewarded the removal contract to Heerema to perform engineering, preparation, removal and disposal (EPRD) of the topside and jacket structure down to the top of the piles. The topsides will be removed by heavy lift reverse installation, and the jacket will be split in three sections of which a top section and two vertical split lower sections. The topside consists of 26 separate modules, which need to analysed both in lifting and transport situations by using software SACS. Furthermore, preparation works like lift-off guides, bumpers, spreader bars, riggings and seafastenings are all within the scope of work.Murchison 是北海最大的钢导管架平台之一，上部结构重 24,500 吨，由 26 个模块组成。CNR 将移除合同授予 Heerema，对上部结构与导管架（至桩顶）执行工程、准备、移除与处置（EPRD）。上部结构采用重吊逆序安装方式移除，导管架分为三段：一个顶段与两个垂直剖分的下段。26 个独立模块需使用 SACS 软件对吊装与运输工况分别进行分析。此外，吊离导向、防撞缓冲、吊排、索具与海固等准备工作均在工作范围内。
