The graving dock gate is designed to replace a temporary sheet pile wall for ATP titan load out (the first deepwater dry tree drilling and production hull built in the fabrication yard in Heerema USA). The Dock gate has a global dimension of 600’ x 250’ x 40’, facilitated by a buoyancy tank of 800te buoyance capacity in the upper part of the structure. At the bottom part a hook beam is designed to fix the gate horizontally to the submerged concrete foundation. The structure is analyzed by a FE model in various loading conditions, like wave loads, ice loads, operational hydraulic pressure, floating position and lifting condition. Miscellaneous details, regarding welded joints, bollards, lifting eyes and anchors to concrete floor are analyzed.干船坞坞门旨在替代用于 ATP Titan 装船的临时钢板桩墙(ATP Titan 是 Heerema 美国制造场建造的首个深水干式采油树钻井生产船体)。坞门总尺寸 600’×250’×40’,上部设有 800 吨浮力的浮箱。底部设计了钩梁,将坞门水平固定于水下混凝土基础。结构通过有限元模型在波浪荷载、冰荷载、运行水压、漂浮状态与吊装工况等多种荷载条件下进行分析,并对焊接节点、系缆桩、吊耳及与混凝土底板的锚固等细部逐一分析。
