Chain pullers (or chain pulling device) are used by Mammoet Salvage for wreck removal jobs all over the world. Mainly a chain puller is equipped with hydraulic cylinders a support structure and a device to lock the chain. Several manufacturers sell chain pulling devices. Within Mammoet a lot of experiences are present and pro/cons of these devices are well known. The original design of a chain puller is built with existing hydraulic cylinders. Mammoet decided to build a new chain puller to provide a more effective tailor made puller compared to the current existing chain pullers.链式牵引器（链式牵引装置）由 Mammoet Salvage 用于全球各地的沉船打捞作业。链式牵引器主要由液压缸、支撑结构与锁链装置组成。市面上有多家制造商出售链式牵引装置，Mammoet 内部积累了大量经验，深知这些设备的优缺点。原始设计基于既有液压缸建造。Mammoet 决定建造一台新的链式牵引器，以提供比现有产品更高效的定制化牵引设备。
