To verify the strength and stability of the Mammoet´s new heavy lift crane various sub models were created. To verify the stability of the mast sections non-linear calculations were performed. For several components plate models were made to optimize plate thicknesses and check the stresses. In addition to various structural analyses, a sensitivity analysis of the PTC under earthquake conditions was performed to determine the maximum allowable accelerations and identify hotspots in the construction. This lead to an advise for several components in the PTC to optimize its performance in earthquake sensitive areas.为验证 Mammoet 新型重吊起重机的强度与稳定性,建立了多个子模型。为验证桅杆段稳定性进行了非线性计算;针对多个部件建立板壳模型以优化板厚并校核应力。除各类结构分析外,还对 PTC 在地震工况下进行了敏感性分析,确定最大允许加速度并识别结构热点,据此对 PTC 多个部件提出优化建议,以提升其在地震敏感地区的性能。
